HOTEL REGULATIONS „RZEMIEŚLNIK – ZAKOPANE”

The operator of Hotel *** Rzemieślnik – Zakopane kindly asks all guests to comply with the following Rules and Regulations to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone.§1 General Provisions
- These Rules and Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Hotel *** Rzemieślnik – Zakopane.
- The entity renting the rooms is hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," and the person using the accommodation services is referred to as the "Guest."
- These Rules define the terms of service, liability, and stay in the facility and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded upon booking, paying a deposit or full amount, or signing the Registration Card (Article 384 of the Civil Code).
- By taking any of the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Rules and undertake to follow them.
- The current version of the Rules is available at www.rzemieslnik-zakopane.pl and at the reception.
§2 Hotel Day and Check-In
- Rooms are rented by the hotel day.
- If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, the room is considered rented for one hotel day.
- The hotel day begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Payment for the stay is due upon check-in (Article 481 of the Civil Code).
- If extending the stay, Guests must notify the reception by 9:00 AM on the departure day.Extensions are subject to availability.
§3 Check-In Process
- Guests are required to present a valid photo ID before receiving the room key.
- A Registration Card is filled out based on the ID.
- The Operator may refuse accommodation or request full prepayment and a deposit in the absence of ID.
- Room access cards activate electricity. Lost cards incur a fee of PLN 50.
- Room heating is automated and cannot be individually adjusted.
§4 Stay Rules
- Guests may not transfer the room to other persons.
- Unregistered visitors may stay in rooms between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- After 10:00 PM, additional guests must be registered at the reception.
- The Operator may refuse services to persons previously violating hotel rules.
- Disruption or disorder may result in financial compensation for inconvenienced Guests (e.g., discounts).
- Minors are allowed on the premises only under adult supervision.
§5 Service Quality
- Comments regarding service quality should be reported immediately at reception.
- The Operator undertakes to ensure: a) peaceful and safe stay, b) professional service, c) repairs in the Guest's presence or absence, d) technically sound rooms.
§6 Additional Services
- The Operator offers free and paid additional services according to the price list.
- Cleaning and towel change is available upon request for a fee. For stays longer than 3 days – free every 2 days.
§7 Liability
- The Operator is liable for items brought by Guests per Articles 846–852 of the Civil Code.
- Damages must be reported immediately to reception.
- The parking lot is unguarded – the Operator is not liable for vehicles.
- Video surveillance ensures safety. Recordings are stored for 14 days.
§8 Night Quiet Hours and Behavior
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Guest behavior must not disturb others.
- Paid additional services are non-refundable unless canceled in advance.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas. Violation results in a PLN 1,000 fee (per Article 5(1) of the Act of 9 Nov 1995 on health protection against tobacco effects).
§9 Safety and Damages
- Guests must lock their rooms when leaving.
- Guests are financially liable for damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Personal heating devices are prohibited.
- Pets are allowed for an extra fee – subject to a separate Pet Policy.
§10 Lost Property
- Items left in rooms will be returned at the Guest's expense.
- In the absence of instructions, items will be stored per legal regulations.
§11 Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
- The data administrator is the Pomeranian Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurship, ul.Piwna 1/2, 80-831 Gdańsk.
- Data are processed to execute hotel service agreements (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if consented, for marketing purposes.
- Data will be stored per legal requirements or until consent is withdrawn.
- Guests have the right to access, correct, delete, and limit the processing of their data.
- In case of violations, Guests may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§12 Final Provisions
- These Rules apply to all Guests of the premises.
- Failure to comply with the Rules may result in refusal of further services, removal from the premises without reimbursement, or being charged for any resulting damages.
- By making a reservation, the Guest agrees to the above terms and conditions.
